The principal, Dorothy Meijer has lived in Hope Island for 25 years after
relocating from South Africa. Since moving here she has been involved in the
real estate industry, and has extensive experience with buyers, sellers,
investors and tenants.
Throughout her career in Real Estate She have worked with
Century 21 and Hope Island developers selling both development stock and
re-sales. 20 years ago she began her own
venture and established Dot1Realty.
Dorothy wanted to bring a personable approach
to the market, and provide her clients with friendly, honest and efficient
service.
Dorothy has always been involved in community activities arranging fundraising golf days, assisting at food markets, and helping people to give them hope and encouragement.

As a resident living in Hope Island Resort, she knows the benefits of the lifestyle and investment opportunities in the area. Dorothy lives her dream, of working with people, and loves to spend her time selling properties and creating happy clients who become new friends.

She used to play golf, social tennis and gym. Dorothy loves to entertain people and always has time for a cup of coffee with friends.
